We are a family run business, Sarah and Michael have a combined 50 years experience. There are few butchers left with the knowledge and skill Michael has in choosing and cutting the best and choicest cuts of beef and lamb.
His dry aged steaks are legendary with people travelling to choose from our dry aged fridge and have him cut them there and then for them. Sarah's passion for cooking and creating healthy and tasty meals is evident in our large selection of gourmet and ready meals.
Our commitment to small Irish producers, artisan producers is also at the fore of what we do.
