The O’Rourke family farm in a traditional sustainable organic way which allows the biodiversity of the land to easily replenish and thrive. It also benifits the animals, allowing them to live and grow in a natural way and pace. Resulting in a better quality of life for the animal and better beef for human consumption. The farming system they use is an extensive grass- based beef system. All animals remain on the farm until they reach 36 months and are ready for slaughter. The cattle are 100% grass fed and free range, and maintained through the regenerative and traditional wintering farming system the O’Rourkes use.
