“Furano Wagyu” comes from Japanese Black cattle with high quality fat. Furano Wagyu are Wagyu that are raised with care in the Furano Basin, which lies at the foot of Mount Tokachi in Daisetsuzan National Park at Hokkaido’s center.
Their feed is a unique mixture that includes wheat, hay, rice straw, wheat straw, and beet pulp, and is free from additives. We also raise the value of the beef as high as possible by feeding them okara, beer lees, and more. Furano Wagyu is popular as a result of superior fattening techniques and meticulous care.
