Our Beautiful Irish Ham fillets come from Olive fed pork, higher welfare pork fed on olives, nuts & rapeseed oil. Located in the Boyne Valley, Colin Marry is committed to a higher standard of welfare for his pigs. Perfect for feeding a few or a crowd are dry cured in store by hand. No bone makes them easy to carve.
To cook the ham: Place the ham in a large saucepan and cover with cold water. Add a few peppercorns and a bay leaf. Cover with a lid and bring to the boil. Then reduce the heat and simmer gently for 20 minutes per half kg.
