ORGANIC ROSE VEAL RIB ROAST

We source our organic pasture raised veal from Michael Gleeson, Ballyhar Co. Kerry. Michael raises his veal ethically, they are allowed roam free and fed on a diet of organic milk & organic grass. We age our veal for up to 21 days to increase flavour & tenderness.
