We source our venison from Premier Game Co Tipperary . The majority of our venison comes from the greater Leinster area.
A pie case filled with diced Irish venison marinated in our own in house game seasoning. Venison is naturally lean so we add finely diced streaky bacon, Guinness & Ruby Port. Topped with buttery flaky pastry.
