We handmake these sausages with clean fresh ingredients. Free range pork from Dermot Allen Winetavern farm Co. Wicklow, and Oriel seasalt Drogheda Co. Louth. We use no preservatives, additives, sulphite or fillers. These are frozen on the day of production to lock in the flavour and guarantee the freshness.
