Packaging & Sustainability
Your order is packed on ice and insulated, the box and insulation are recyclable. Your order is guaranteed for 48 hours from dispatch. High performance thermal packaging and insulation is designed specifically for chilled and frozen foods. Minimum order of €39.99 for our best delivery rate of €7.99 for Dublin and €9.99 Nationwide. Orders below this amount incur a higher delivery charge.
Nationwide deliveries are shipped overnight via dpd. Dublin deliveries are dispatched in the afternoon for delivery in the evening, Delivery is between 3pm-9pm. We can not guarantee a delivery time. You will receive a text link and can contact the courier directly to re arrange if necessary.
Dublin deliveries are daily Mon- Sat, Nationwide deliveries are Mon -Thurs.
Nationwide orders placed after Weds evening will be held over for delivery until the following week. Deliveries are stock dependent, We will contact you if there is a delay with your order. Please order in advance or contact us directly if you have a specific date in mind.
All orders are cut and vacuum sealed fresh before delivery for you. Please be aware that frozen items may slightly thaw during delivery. We recommend products with a short shelf life like burgers and mince are cooked or frozen immediately.
Please contact us immediately if you have any issues with your delivery. All deliveries are tracked. You will receive notification from our courier partners with an estimated delivery time via text message.

We are passionate about where our meat comes from, ensuring that you only ever receive the best quality. We use the best and freshest ingredients we can source.
Our Angus beef is hand selected from Darren O’Flynn Co Waterford & Joe Hayes Ballinasloe Galway. We dry age in store in our purpose built salt age chamber from 35 days right up to 60 days. We sell select breeds such as Angus, Irish Wagyu X, Dexter, Belted Galloway & Friesian.
We source our lamb from Darren O’Flynn Co Waterford. Darrens lambs are grass fed and are farmed using traditional methods. We hang our lambs to improve the flavour and texture so you get the best possible taste.
We dry cure our own bacon in store using a nitrate free low salt cure. This makes for a dry crisp experience. We also oak smoke our own bacon.
All of our chicken is Irish. Shannonvale Co.Cork supply us with our chicken fillets and supremes. Our free range chicken, duck & turkey comes from Feighcullen Farm Co. Kildare which is a pesticide free farm and also use all organic feed for their poultry. We use Crowes Farm free range turkey thighs & breasts for our handmade turkey sausages & bacon.
Our pork comes from Crowes Farm Co. Tipperary We also source rare breed pork approved by the Irish pig society from Dermot Allen Co. Wicklow. Dermot breeds, sandy blacks and Durocs.
