Delivery Details

Dublin

Dublin deliveries Tues – Fri.

Dublin deliveries are delivered by our driver in a refrigerated van – minimum packaging. 

We aim to have your order dispatched within 48 hours. Orders Fri to Sun will be processed the following week.


Nationwide

Nationwide deliveries Mon – Weds only

Nationwide delivered via DPD, up to 48 hr tracked delivery. Your order will be ice chilled. Frozen products may thaw slightly.


Orders placed Thurs-Sun will be dispatched the following week.

PLEASE NOTE :We aim to have all orders dispatched within 48 hours Mon -Fri, some delays may occur as we are artisan butchers and hand make all of our products in store. We also deal with small producers so on occasion are awaiting stock. We appreciate your patience. We will always keep you updated on your delivery. If you require your delivery on a particular date please order in advance and inform us of your required date of delivery.

Packaging & Sustainability

 

We use special thermo cool cardboard boxes to delcier your order. 

High performance thermal insulated packaging is designed specifically for direct deliveries of chilled and frozen foods including meat boxes, fresh fish and seafood, cheeses and deli items, fresh fruit and veg, gourmet menus and ready meals.

All orders are cut and vacuum sealed fresh before delivery for you. Please be aware that frozen items will slightly thaw during delivery. We recommend products with a short shelf life like burgers and mince are cooked or frozen immediately.

Please contact us immediately if you have any issues with your delivery. All deliveries are tracked via An Post.

Provenance

We are passionate about where our meat comes from, ensuring that you only ever receive the best quality. We use the best and freshest ingredients we can source.

BEEF

Our Angus beef is hand selected from Clem Tullys Farm in Co Longford ,Derek Walsh Carrick-on-Suir & Tom Brennan Co.Carlow. We dry age in store in our purpose built salt age chamber from 35 days right up to 60 days. We sell select breeds such as Angus, Irish Wagyu X, Dexter, Belted Galloway & Frieshian

LAMB

We source our lamb from Gary Hegarty  Co.Wicklow our lambs are grass fed and are farmed using traditional methods. We hang our lambs to improve the flavour and texture so you get the best possible taste. 

BACON

Our bacon comes from Crowes Farm Co. Tipperary. The name Crowes Farm is known throughout Ireland for the high quality pork and bacon, reared ethically and produced to the highest standards. We dry cure select cuts of bacon such as Guanciale, Shoulder bacon and black treacle to name a few.

CHICKEN

All of our chicken is Irish. Shannonvale Co.Cork supply us with our chicken fillets and supremes. Our free range chicken, duck & turkey comes from Feighcullen Farm Co. Kildare which is a pesticide free farm and also use all organic feed for their poultry. We use Crowes Farm free range turkey thighs & breasts for our handmade turkey sausages & bacon.

PORK

Our olive fed pork comes from Colin Marry Co. Louth, Colin’s pork is fed on a diet of olives, rapeseed & nuts. Colin’s farming methods are environmentally friendly and sustainable. We also source rare breed pork approved by the Irish pig society from Dermot Allen Co. Wicklow. Dermot breeds, sandy blacks and Durocs.

SAUSAGES

We hand make a selection of sausages using clean ingredients, no preservatives, sulphite, additives or fillers. We use Dermot Allens free range pork. Firm favourites such as Italian, Toulouse, Boar, Pork & Leek, Boerewors, Kolbasz, Chedddar & Jalepeno to name a few.
 

Game & Wild Meats

We sell a large selection of game, apple fed free range boar, wild caught venison and free range goat meat.
