Sourcing direct from the farmer means the cows are out on the grass and not processed through factory feedlots and grain fed reliant.
We source speciality breeds such as Belted Galloway, Irish Wagyu, Angus & Hereford.
We dry age our beef in a special purpose built Himalayan salt chamber. This increases flavour & texture. We age for a minimum of 30 days and up to 60 days.
