Handmade beef sausage, natural skins, no preservatives, additives or fillers. We use a fatty cut of beef and fresh herbs to make our beef sausage.

Beef, rosemary, nutmeg, thyme,sage, garlic powder, salt. We freeze these sausages on day of production. This insures the flavour & quaility.

Ing: beef, salt, nutmeg, thyme, fennel, sage. No pork, natural lamb skins.
