Carol has created the ultimate in versatility, taste and nutrition with her new cottage broth. She takes free range pork, chicken and turkey bones, roasts them until they are crispy and completely caramelised and then adds organic veggies and herbs and slowly simmers for 24 hours.

The result is a collagen rich (14g per pouch) broth that can be used for so many different types of dishes. It can also be used to sip on or as a great broth for soups, stews or as a braising liquid for rice or vegetables.
