Free Range Diced Pork

We source our free range pork from Dermot Allen Co Wicklow. Dermot is the founding member of the Irish Pig Society. His pigs are reared outdoors and allowed roam his farm, foraging for natural grown foods and topped up with vegatables from neighbouring farms. Dermot rears pure blood Sandy Blacks.
