We hand make our sausages from scratch. Using Dermot Allens free range pork, clean fresh ingredients and sea salt & black pepper. No preservatives, addetives, sulphite or fillers. We use a natural skin casing.

Ing: Pork, sea salt, black pepper, onion powder,cheddar,smoked bacon, jalepeno, natural pork skins.
As our sausages contain no preservatives and have a limited shelf life, we freeze on the day of production.
