Irish Wagyu X Fillet Steak

We source our Irish Wagyu X from Sean Tully Co Cavan. Sean specializes in quality feed for his animals using bi products from the brewing industry. Irish Friesian cows crossed with Japanese Wagyu fed on a specialized diet. Fillet is a super soft and tender cut with some nice marbling which gives it extra flavour.
