A Cote de Boeuf is a thick single rib, bone in piece of steak, this easily serves two. Aged for a minimum of 28 days this cut has an incredible flavour and is easy to carve.
Pan sear for 5 mins either side then cook in a hot oven for 10-20 mins depending on how well you like your steak done.
Sprinkle with coarse salt & let rest before carving.
