A full lamb shoulder, full of flavour, great for roasting and can be bought on or off the bone.Easily serves 6 people, can be shredded or just pulled apart when cooked. Slow cook for up to 4 hours, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast on a bed of root veg for a complete meal.
