A full lamb shoulder, full of flavour, great for roasting and can be bought on or off the bone.Can be shredded or just pulled apart when cooked. Slow cook for up to 4 hours, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast on a bed of root veg for a complete meal.
