We handmade our venison sausages using wild Irish venison and free range pork fat. These sausages contain no rusk, no preservatives, no sulphite. Just fine sea salt & black pepper. They are perfect for those on special diets.
They are frozen on the same day they are produced.
450/500g pack frozen.
