2 venison shanks, marinated in a balsamic & thyme sauce, with fresh thyme & garlic. These come in a cook in bag, perfect to pop straight into the oven for a slow braise. You can also remove from the bag and pop into a casserole dish with some wine or stock and cook on the hob.
