• Our Wagyu products have the highest Beef Marbling Score (BMS) of 7-12, which means you will be experiencing a luxury level of taste and tenderness with our products. Kingsbury Wagyu beef contains twice as many healthy fats compared to regular beef, meaning it is a better choice for a balanced diet due being rich in omega-3s and having a high amount of heart healthy fats.
