We source our lamb from Darren O’ Flynn Co Waterford.

We remove the back bone for ease of cutting.

French trimmed and dressed. It cuts easily into 8 portions, simply pan sear and then oven cook for 25/35 mins in a hot oven. Its best to serve slightly pink.

We can add a Rosemary and Mint gluten free marinade at no extra cost.
