Our lamb comes from farmers local to the Wicklow/Kildare border, french trimmed and dressed. It cuts easily into 8 portions, simply pan sear and then oven cook for 25/35 mins in a hot oven. Its best to serve slightly pink.
We can add a Rosemary and Mint gluten free marinade at no extra cost.
We are currently selling spring lamb which is expensive at this time of year.
